You are cordially invited to submit your research papers for presentation consideration at the World    Finance Conference  (2017) that will take place on July  26-28, 2017 in Sardinia, Italy. This three days conference, hosted by Università degli studi di Cagliari, promotes the exchange of ideas in research, teaching, and managerial practices through formal presentations of research, discussions and   special  sessions. 
AREAS OF INTEREST:  The scientific and organizing committees welcome submissions in all areas of finance, economics and Banking. 
Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision by  February  1, 2017. 

The award will be given annually at the World Finance Conference Annual meeting and will recognize up to three papers: 
-The first prize (recognized with a plaque and $500)
-The runner-up (recognized with a plaque) 
-One honorable mention (recognized with a plaque)

The World Finance Conference is offering  two options to PhD Students participate in our events: PhD Sessions( full papers)  and  Doctoral Tutorial ( incomplete papers): 
Phd Sessions  (Full papers): PhD students with completed papers, which includes literature review and statistics or models, can upload those papers on our platform. The World Finance Conference will organize a separated group of sessions only with PhD students from all the parts of the world, promoting the opportunity to discuss their researches and increase the network. The submissions must be done normally, choosing in the beginning of the submission the options "Student: Yes"
Doctoral Tutorial (incomplete papers): The World Finance Conference also organizes a tutorial for PhD students as part of the Annual Meeting. We encourage PhD students to submit research proposals, or preliminary drafts, for one of their PhD essays and related to all the finance, economics and accounting areas. The Doctoral Tutorial will be chaired by a renamed group of top finance professors who will provide the students the opportunity to discuss their dissertation research with other doctoral students and top academics finance professors. The authors must submit the papers in our platform and choose the option "Student: Yes" and also " PhD Toturial"  in the end of "Topic Areas".
In both cases the submission deadline is: December 12th, 2016

We are delighted to intimate you that after the resounding success of past ten editions of INDIACom, since its inception in 2007;INDIACom – 2017 (IEEE Conference ID: 40353); 11th INDIACom; 2017 04th International Conference on Computing For Sustainable Global Development, Technically Sponsored by IEEE Delhi Section and in association with IET (UK), Delhi Local Networks, ISTE Delhi Section , IETE Delhi Centre, CSI Region-I & Divisions-I, II, III, IV & V and GGSIP University, New Delhi to be held during 01st – 03rd March, 2017 at Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi (INDIA). On the eve of the occasion ofINDIACom-2017 a special session on Emerging Technologies in Computer Science will be conducted by Dr. Mamta Mittal, as session chairman. Original contributions are solicited for the special session “Emerging Technologies in Computer Science” on the eve of INDIACom – 201711th INDIACom – 4th 2017 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development in the heart of the India’s capital and historical city: New Delhi.

Emerging technologies in computer Science have seen an explosion of interest over the recent decades, and are being successfully applied across every area as finance, medicine, engineering, geology and physics, in problems of complex dynamics and complex behavior prediction, classification or control. The session aims to provide an energetic environment by bringing together researchers, academicians, R&D personnel from industries and scientists in the field of information technology. Researchers from various domains are invited to present their innovative original work.

 Paper Submission
Authors from across different parts of the world are invited to submit their papers.  Authors wishing to submit their papers must refer to the website, for paper structuring and formatting guidelines in detail, at http://www.bvicam.ac.in/indiacom/Technical%20Guidelines.asp. Authors should submit their papers online at http://www.bvicam.ac.in/indiacom/submitPaper.asp. Unregistered authors should first create an account on http://www.bvicam.ac.in/indiacom/addMember.asp to log on and submit paper. Only electronic submissions will be considered. Papers submitted by e-mail will not be considered.

Steps to submit the Paper in the Special Session of INDIACom-2017: 
1.         Register at web-portal at http://www.bvicam.ac.in/indiacom/login.asp and obtain the Membership ID (MID), which is free of cost.
2.         Login with MID and Password at http://www.bvicam.ac.in/indiacom/loginReqSubmitPaper.asp  
3.         Click on Submit Paper tab
a.    Select the event as "INDIACom-2017".
b.    Select "Special Track #9: Software, System and Architecture".
c. Select a Session as “9.32: Dr. Mamta Mittal: Emerging Technologies in Computer Science from the list and write title of the paper.
d.   Upload the actual paper (MS-Word compatible format either in .doc and .docx) and plagiarism report (.pdf) if available.
e.  Write the MIDs of all the authors / co-authors and select the Radio button corresponding to the MID of the author / co-author to make him a Corresponding Author.
4.         Click the Submit Button, a unique Paper ID (PID) will be auto-generated for that paper.

Review Process
The conference aims at carrying out two rounds of review process. In the first round, the papers submitted by the authors will be assessed on the basis of their technical suitability, scope of work and plagiarism. The corresponding authors of qualifying submissions will be intimated for their papers to be double blind reviewed by three experts on the basis of originality, novelty, clarity, completeness, relevance, significance and research contribution. The shortlisted papers of all the tracks (Track 1 - Track 5) will be accepted for presentation and publication in the Soft Copy of Conference proceedings, bearing ISBN 978-93-80544-24-3 serial, in the form of DVDs. INDIACom-2017 has applied for inclusion in the IEEE's Conference Publication Program. This means that the Conference proceedings of accepted papers (for oral presentations), which will be presented in the conference, will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication and indexing, which is indexed with world’s leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases, including ISI, SCOPUS, DBLP, EI-Compendex, Google Scholar, etc.

Extended version of the selected papers will also be recommended to be published in following journals
