Munnar, literally meaning three rivers in Tamil,
is one of the most popular hill station in India and
situated at the merging point of three mountain streams,
Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala.
It lies in Kerala at an altitude of 1524 meters.
It is famous for its lush green surroundings, winding lanes,
lakes, waterfalls, streams, reservoirs, forests and tea plantations.
