SMART 2016 Use Easychair Submission System For Submission And Review Process.
College of Computing Sciences & Information Technology, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, is organizing its Fifth International Conference on System Modeling & Advancement in Research Trends in technical co-sponsorship with IEEE UP Section, on 25th -27th November, 2016. The fifth International Conference on System Modeling & Advancement in Research Trends (SMART) will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world by providing a platform to present new advances and research results in the fields of Computational Sciences, system modeling and computer science. Moradabad is a city in Uttar Pradesh state of India. This is situated at a distance of 167 km (104 miles) from the national capital, New Delhi, on the banks of the Ramganga River (a tributary of the Ganges). The city is famous for its huge export of brass handicrafts to North America Europe and all over the world, and is also thus called "Brass City" or Peetal Nagri.
SMART 2016 invites unpublished papers which are not under review by any other conference or journal. Authors are invited to submit contributions presenting research results, concepts, practical standards, running experiments, implementations, applications, and industrial case studies. All conference tracks are open to both scientific and industry contributions. Topic areas include, but are not limited to: After plagiarism checking and review process, original research papers will be published.
SMART 2016 will be an combination of five different Tracks organized parallel to each other, and few theme based Special Sessions, as listed below:-
Track # 1: | Algorithms and Computational Mathematics |
Track # 2: | Machine learning and optimization |
Track # 3: | Communication, Networking and Broadcast Technologies |
Track # 4: | Digital India Initiative |
Track # 5: | Theme Based Special Sessions |
Author Guidelines
Potential authors are invited to submit their unpublished original research manuscripts to SMART. These manuscripts must include title, abstract, keywords, author, affiliations, and e-mail addresses and follows IEEE Standard instruction format.

· Each paper goes through an administrative review to confirm the following:
· The paper must be written in English
o The paper must be in the proper format as defined by IEEE
o The paper must be readable
o The mathematical equations and images should be legible.
If paper does not meet any of the above requirements, the author is asked to resubmit the paper for review.
Review Process, Publication and Indexing
Blind review process of peers will be As follows:
· Minimum of 3 reviewers per paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts as defined by their edict (Reviewer usually have 5 or 6 edicts that they are willing to review against)

· Papers are reviewed and rated on a 7 point system; -3 being strong reject ; 3 will be strong accept
· Based on the rating, a paper with 1 points can be recommended for a poster session and a 3 point paper can be put in a “best paper” category
· A committee is formed to check the plagiarism if any.
· Plagiarism checking Committee initially checks the plagiarism in the submitted paper by plagiarism checking tools.
If plagiarism is found in any submitted paper, then it will be excluded from the submission system without having any reviewer’s comment.
Full length original and unpublished papers, based on theoretical and experimental contributions, related, but not limited to, the following topics, are solicited for presentation and publication in the conference.
It shall be appreciated that papers are send at earliest regardless of dates so that editing and compilation work can take place simultaneously.
The conference advises its authors, to kindly restrict from copying or plagiarism in any form. Paper submission guidelines clearly specify that the authors should submit their original and unpublished research work not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts found to be plagiarized, during any stage of review, shall not be included in the conference.
All shortlisted papers of all tracks will be accepted for presentation and publication in hard copy and online proceedings bearing ISBN Serial.
All accepted papers which will be presented in the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, which is indexed with world’s leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases, including SCOPUS, Google Scholar etc.
